Membrane structure is widely used in the field of aerospace,such as solar panels in satellites and membrane SAR antenna.On the one hand,membrane structure has the features of low stiffness and light weight;on the other hand,the space environment where membrane structure works in is very special.The structure can be influenced by high and low temperature,sunray pressure and gravity gradient which comes from external disturbance,and satellite attitude adjustment,orbit maneuver and other disturbance inside of satellites or aircraft.Thus,membrane structure will inevitably deform due to complex space environment,and in consequence its capability will be influenced.Therefore,we have to control its deformation,but precise deformation measurement is a more urgent problem because it is the premise of deformation control.Fiber sensors have the merits of small volume,light weight and resistance to electromagnetic interference,and they can be implanted into membrane structures while accomplishing the purpose of contributed measurement,which makes them become an idea way to measure membrane structures' deformation.Focused on the problem of deformation measurement of membrane structure based on fiber sensor array,this dissertation carried out the work of:(1)Simplifying satellites with membrane structure into a simplified physical model.The shell element and nonlinear membrane element with internal tension are used for the frame and membrane respectively.(2)Analyzing interference loads satellites may encounter in space and thus confirming the main source and form of loads.In the base of established mechanical model,the influence loads may pose on satellites is analyzed through numerical simulation.(3)Based on the strain information of structure measured by fiber sensors,calculating out curvature information and reconstruct surface through curvature interpolation and surface reconstruction algorithm.The rationality of the theory is proved through numerical simulation.(4)Optimizing sensor configuration by using particle swarm optimization(PSO),and comparing the effects of different PSOs through numerical simulation.In summary,in order to measure deformation of membrane structure by using fiber sensor array,this dissertation carried out the research on mechanical modeling and analyzing of membrane structure,surface reconstruction algorithm and simulation,and optimization of sensor configuration,which is essential for establishing the theory of deformation measurement of membrane structure and guiding related experiments.
