Battlefield Damage Assessment and Repair(BDAR)of equipment is the most direct,effective and economical means to maintain the sustained combat capability of the army in the war,and it is a combat multiplier.In wartime,those who has the strong ability of BDAR will continue to maintain combat equipment system advantage,so as to gain the initiative in the war.In modern wars,BDAR is very urgent,but its task is onerous,and its difficulty increases exponentially.Armed forces of different countries pay more attention to carrying out a research into the problems in this field.In recent years,with increasing support of our army for research in BDAR,BDAR of engineering equipment is becoming to be the emphases and hot spots of the scientific research and teaching in equipment support and a series of research achievements has been made.However,most studies are lack of in-depth study for specific BDAR of engineering equipment.Guidance and pertinence is not enough for the engineer corps using specific equipment in combat training.According to current situation of above,this thesis circumfuses the problem of BDAR about the ×××mechanized bridge,form the theoretical interpretation and specific operation instruction on BDAR of the equipment.The details and results are as follow.1.Functional project damage model and damage infiuence of ××× mechanized bridge are studied.On the basis of comprehensive understanding about the equipment structure characteristics and its combat mission,according to all kinds of damage factors which the equipment may be encountered in the battlefield,the enumeration method is used to analyze the functional item major damage model,and assess the directly lethal effect about combat mission and equipment safety which led by these damage injuries.2.Fault location of ××× mechanized bridge is analyzed.On the basis of above research,the fault tree method is used to analyze the damage location to determine the work object of repair.3.Repair strategy for ××× mechanized bridge is formulated.Based on the equipment operation unit level and using the accessory tools,repair tools and spare parts to carry out field repair,opsearch methods are used to predict the amount of repair task,establish integrated decision-making model of emergency manpower,tools,spare parts and sequence,and propose the optimization of repair decisions.4.Repair technology of ××× mechanized bridge is studied.According to the particularity of battlefield repair technology,method and means,on the basis of review on existing repair technology around domestic and foreign,combining with the above research of damage mode and damage location,applicable repair technology,method and means for the equipment are put forward.Starting from the theoretical level,this thesis gives a detailed in-depth analysis of ××× mechanized bridge BDAR.It has very strong pertinence,provides the theoretical support and practical aspects for the equipment operation unit who use the equipment to carry out the relevant combat training,and lays a solid foundation for writing equipment battlefield repair manual subsequently.
