In this thesis the thermoelectric module is used as the radiation panel instead of the liquid circulating panel,and a solar thermal radiation air conditioning system is proposed.The system has many advantages,like high thermal comfort,energy saving and quiet operation.It used thermoelectric radiation air conditioning,thermoelectric power generation,photovoltaic power generation technology,and its structure and COP has been studied.The thesis presents a new type of radiation panel structure,namely,themoelectric tube radiation panel.The cooling / heating capacity,the surface temperature distribution and the thermal inertia of the radiating plate of the thermocouple air conditioning system with the new structure and the new structure are studied by simulation and experiment under the specific ambient temperature.The results show that the heating temperature of the radiant panel is about 20 minutes,and the COP of the radiant air conditioning system is up to 2.47(cooling mode)and 2.12(heating mode).For the popularization and application of thermoelectric radiation air conditioning system,the thermoelectric radiation air conditioning system and thermoelectric assisted displacement ventilation system together as the air conditioning system for theoretical research and numerical calculation analysis.Then use the same research method,the combination of solar thermal power generation technology and photovoltaic power generation technology to provide energy for the entire system to solve the energy problem of air conditioning systems.The solar thermal radiation air conditioning system is applied to the typical cities under the five climatic conditions,the load of the building,the performance of the air conditioning system,the generating capacity of the power generation system and the performance of the power balance on system has discussed.The largest air conditioning system COP can reach 4.0 or more.In five cities,Tikanlic area air conditioning system and power generation system can get the best performance.
