| In the detection of car parts,Flexibility,Informatization and Intellectualization is the development direction and research focus.In the field of auto seat slide rail detection,Widespread exist the low degree of Flexibility and Informatization,and lack of make full use of detection data to analyze.This paper is to solve the above problems.Designed the detection method based on the industrial robot,Research and design of the software and hardware of detection system,Builded the experimental platform to complete the relevant application verification.The main research content is as follows:Research and analysis at home and abroad in the field of auto parts inspection,Designed the detective tool for hole,pin and surface.Design system program base on Industrial Robot.Present detctive model can adaptive the detection beat.A field bus communication based on industrial Ethernet is formed to achieve unified hardware interface.Programmed the robot path to execute detection.Developed the software of detection system,with the architecture by mixing native and front-end.The real-time control and data operation by using native applications and testing data statistical graphs by embedded web page.Integrates SPC(Statistical Process Control)analysis,through the analysis of the SPC charts on several key technology of artifacts.To realize the scene of the robot developed by the sensor precision measurement module.Based on the above research.Build the experimental platform.The accuracy of the industrial robots is measured and calibrated.Tests were performed to allow a single test time beat within 38 s.The visual and historical data analysis of the detection process was implemented in the system software. |
