With the rapid development of society,the prevalence of all kinds of malignant diseases is gradually increasing,especially the sudden death of heart disease.Heart disease is a common systemic disease.Its mortality rate is the highest among all kinds of diseases,which seriously threaten the health of human life.Electrocardiogram(ECG)monitoring is of great significance for the treatment of heart disease.And the abnormal beating of the heart can be detected in advance,so as to timely detect the disease and save more lives.The conventional ECG monitoring method is electrocardiography.Heart disease patients can only be hospitalized for long-term ECG monitoring,which is costly and inconvenient.In view of this situation,this paper designs a wearable 12-guide ECG acquisition and detection system.The system mainly consists of four parts: ECG acquisition module,control module,mobile communication module and power module.According to the collection requirements of ECG signal components are selected.Among them,the acquisition module selects highly integrated ADS1198 chip,this chip has 16-bit A/D conversion accuracy and up to 105 dB common-mode rejection ratio,can configure the internal register through SPI interface communication and software.The STM32F405 chip is used as the main control unit and has rich peripheral interfaces and low power consumption.The main frequency is up to 168 MHz and is suitable for processing ECG signals.The communication module and the power module use the EC20 series of 4G modules and the BQ24018 lithium-ion battery management chip respectively,which can achieve efficient data transmission and lasting battery life.In this paper,the median filter and FIR filtering algorithm for eliminating baseline drift and working frequency interference are added,and an Android platform based APP is designed for patients to view real-time electrocardiogram.The whole system has realized the real-time collection,analysis and processing,wireless transmission and display of the 12-lead human ECG signals,which has the advantages of low power consumption,low cost,portability and high performance.This article completed the system's hardware design and software programming,built a debugging platform,and tested the system's performance indicators.Compared with the original waveform of the ECG simulator and the acquisition waveform of the system,the noise waveform is drawn and the signal-to-noise ratio is calculated as 73 dB.It shows that the system has good anti-noise performance.Finally,the 12-lead electrocardiographic waveforms of the human body were collected and plotted.Each of the waveforms can reflect the changes of the ECG well and have a certain reference value.
