Continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP for short)exist problems such as easy to corrosion,cracking and other issues.Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic(GFRP for short)is a new type of high strength,low modulus and corrosion resistant brittle material that can be used instead of ordinary steel to solve the corrosion and cracking problems of traditional continuously reinforcement pavement.Under the effect of temperature drop and shrinkage,CRCP would appear transverse cracks.However proper crack spacing and smaller crack width are the keys to ensure the good performance of CRCP,therefore,the longitudinal distribution of transverse cracks in continuously reinforced concrete pavement with GFRP bars is predicted in this thesis.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the mechanical properties of GFRP bars and their adhesion to concrete were tested,it was found that the mechanical properties of GFRP bars were better than those of ordinary steel,and they could also work well with concrete.Secondly,the formation mechanism of CRCP crack was summarized,and the most influential factors on CRCP were found to be temperature drop and concrete shrinkage.Based on the bond-slip constitutive relationship between GFRP bars and concrete and the linear distribution of friction resistance of foundation,the GFRP-CRCP calculation model and stress equilibrium differential equation were established,the calculation formulas and distribution rules of GFRP-CRCP stress and displacement under temperature and shrinkage were obtained,moreover,the effects of fracture spacing,concrete plate thickness,GFRP bars spacing and GFRP bars diameter on maximum stress of concrete,maximum stress of GFRP bars and maximum displacement of concrete were analyzed under the influence of temperature drop and drying shrinkage.Finally,considering the variability of the strength of concrete,the shrinkage of concrete and the coefficient of friction,that influenced the GFRP-CRCP calculation under temperature and shrinkage,as well as the change of temperature load and material properties with time,according to the Monte Carlo method,a self-made MATLAB program was used to estimate the cracking of GFRP-CRCP,the prediction results of GFRP-CRCP crack spacing and crack width were obtained.The content of this thesis is of great significance to control the performance and influencing factors of GFRP-CRCP structure,which lays the foundation for predicting the future thrust of GFRP-CRCP in vehicle loading.
