A Research On Transmission (MT) Production Line For DFAC Based On Flexible Theory

The real economy is the concentrated expression of social productive forces,is the power of the country,the foundation of the country.Innovation is the development of the engine industry,structural adjustment and optimization of the development mode of the inexhaustible motive force.With the introduction of German industry 4.0,China has introduced "Made in China 2025",DFAC as a large automobile manufacturing enterprises,manufacturing capacity upgrade,optimization has also done an important strategic plan,has built welding automation production line,light engine machine,Assembly automation line and so on.Construction of light gearbox assembly line is DFAC's thirteen five important issues,it will become DFAC light commercial vehicle assembly made a supplement.This thesis first gives a brief description of the current situation of DFAC,expounds the necessity of building transmission line,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and international transmission production line,combined with DFAC's existing manufacturing experience,the use of advanced manufacturing technology,Discusses how to build a flexible MT gearbox production line.In the construction of the transmission production line,we have realized the principle of synchronous engineering,considering the ergonomics and analyzed the gearbox assembly technology from the aspects of TQCFE,and optimized the layout of the workshop according to the characteristics of the product structure through theoretical analysis and case discussion.According to the workshop layout,we also refined the logistics program,how to manage the edge of the library,parts how to meet the production needs of the optimization instructions.In the production process how to control the quality,we introduced a full quality assurance system,from quality control to quality control,to ensure that not accept bad,do not create bad,do not flow out of bad products.Flexible production line can not be separated from the management of information,in the production line construction we introduced the RFID module,the production process and data tracking in a timely manner through the MES system to control the entire transmission production system,the production problem revealed transparent.The production line in November 2016 has been officially commissioned,all aspects of the target set value.
