Rollover refers to a kind of extremely dangerous lateral movement that the vehicle rotate 90° or more around its longitudinal axis in the process of driving and caused the body contact with the ground or barrier.Although the accident rate is lower than we think,but cause a great damage once it happens.Different vehicles have a great different rollover accident rate.Military special vehicle has a heavy weight and high center of mass,so easy to turn over it's side under high speed,great rotation and emergency conditions that avoid obstacles.This text based on the roll stability problem in the process of driving for a certain type of missile launch vehicle,analyzed the vehicle rolling over mechanism of various driving conditions,proposed the full vehicle ADAMS model.Simulation analysis for the conditions which prone to rollover was carried on,a new evaluation index based on improved lateral-lord transfer ratio for side tumbling stability was put forward.And realized rollover prevention control of the missile launch vehicle through joint simulation.This text main work includes the following aspects:(1)Aimed at the roll stability for a certain type of missile launch vehicle,this text established the rollover model under different working conditions,carried out in-depth research and analysis for the side of the tilting mechanism,summarized the typically static and dynamic research methods of side tumbling stability,provided a theoretical basis for the simulation analysis of the missile launch vehicle.(2)Based on multi-body dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS,this text proposed the missile launch vehicle multi-body dynamics model.To get the rollover stability's evaluation index curve of the vehicle,a variety of conditions of simulation analysis for the full ADAMS model is carried out,provides a numerical test basis for the select and improve of the side tumbling stability evaluation index.(3)Aimed at the problem of rollover stability's evaluation,given that different axle is not rollover at the same time when the missile launch vehicle turn it's side,put forward a evaluation method based on ILTR,and proved it's valid through the simulation test.gained the limit speed curve and rollover warning line by means of ILTR,which provided a basis for the study of the rollover prevention control system.(4)Aimed at the problem of the rollover prevention control of the missile launch vehicle,built up the differential braking control system model,and carried out the joint simulation by means to a example.The results proved the effectiveness of the control model to improve the rollover stability of the missile launch vehicle.
