As a kind of measuring instrument,the stability and accuracy of the electric energy meter is directly related to the economic benefit of power generation companies,power supply companies and the customers.So it is very important to monitor the stability and the accuracy of the electric energy meter.The traditional monitoring method is inspecting the meter in the natural environment regularly.With the development of science and technology,the stability of the electric energy meter has been greatly improved,the traditional methods are time-consuming,low efficiency,and cannot predict the degradation trend of defects effectively.In view of this situation,this paper proposes a method which can get the degradation characteristics of the electric energy meter in a short period of time.The method is based on the accelerated degradation test and can provide help for the stability of the electric energy meter detection with the got degradation data.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Model building.Acceleration model modeling of the electric energy meter based on Wiener process under constant stress acceleration.Aiming at the degradation rule of electronic instruments,we use Wiener process to describe the degradation process.And then we analyze the stress conditions which have influence on the stability and accuracy of the electric energy meter.Using the Peck model as the acceleration model,and establish the constant stress accelerated degradation model of the electric energy meter based on Wiener process.(2)Parameter estimation.A new algorithm based on PSO algorithm is proposed for parameter estimation of unknown parameters in proposed model.According to the sensitive and non-sensitive parameters in the model,the parameters of the unknown parameters are estimated by two steps.The estimated values of the sensitive parameters are obtained by cycling and iteration,and then the PSO algorithm is used to search the best value of the four unknown parameters in a given interval.(3)Algorithm simulation.Set up the initial parameters according to the experience with MATLAB,and generate the simulation data.Then according to the proposed algorithm for parameter estimation,test the accuracy of the result,and compared with other algorithms.Finally,the consistency error of the parameter estimates is tested,and the algorithm has good robustness.(4)Experimental verification.The constant stress accelerated degradation test of electric energy meter is designed and carried out.According to the test,we get the accelerated degradation data,and then the accelerated degradation model parameters of the electric energy meter obtained by the algorithm we processed.Then the degradation model of this type of electric energy meter is set up.The accelerating factor between the accelerating stress and normal stress is calculated according to the model.At last,the accelerating factor is used to judge the stability and accuracy under normal stress by the stability and accuracy of the accelerated data.
