Research On BBA Company Cost Accounting Under SAP System

Under the market economy,the direct factor affecting corporate profits is cost.Therefore,the reduction of costs is the main goal of enterprise management,and the timeliness and accuracy of product cost accounting are valued by the enterprise.As the most advanced enterprise resource management system in the world,SAP system has a more extensive data analysis and processing system for enterprise management,especially cost accounting,which facilitates accurate and timely cost accounting of enterprise product data.At present,the most complete and stable system for cost accounting and enterprise architecture of companies is the German SAP system,which is the most powerful solution to the challenges of the market.SAP Management Information System has a relatively mature process and rigorous module design,establishes a complete framework and an effective management system for cost accounting,and provides a very good solution for internal managers.This thesis takes the BBA large-scale automobile manufacturing enterprise as the research object,analyzes the advantages and problems of SAP system in the actual cost accounting application process of BBA company.Through the analysis of BBA company's cost accounting under SAP system,it is found that there are still some problems.The business module and the cost module data do not completely match.The SAP system operation foundation is not complete,the cost collection and allocation is not accurate,the cost data transmission is not timely,and some services are not timely.Staff handling business errors frequently affects the cost pricing decisions of later internal managers.All of these require the relevant staff of the company to learn and run in,so that the SAP system can better achieve localized use and better cost accounting for the company.This thesis analyzes these issues and proposes feasible solutions.Finally,the effective link between SAP system and BBA company's cost accounting can be achieved,reducing errors.Timely feedback on product cost information to ensure accurate and timely product cost accounting.To facilitate internal management and related financial personnel,product cost management and decision-making,improve management efficiency and promote the company's development.
