Study On Application Of DUV–LED Sterilization System In Automobile

With the people concerned about air pollution and their own health,the air in automobile get more attention,and market appeared in a variety of car air purifier.However,these car air purifiers need to separate power supply,occupy additional space,lag in technology,and can't guarantee air quality in the entire ca.Therefore,this paper studies a bactericidal purification system that use deep ultraviolet LED technology and can be integrated into automotive heating,ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC)systems.It includes content in details as follows:First of all,this paper start from the car air pollution,introduced the source of pollution and the severity,while analysis of the existing vehicle air purification technology,but these products can't effectively solve the air pollution.Finally,this paper puts forward that use deep ultraviolet LED technology to sterilize the air pollution,and integration into the car.Then,it describes packaging processes of deep ultraviolet LED and sterilization module.Three kinds of different package structure of the LED and two different specifications of the sterilization module were studied,and the IV curve,optical power,temperature stability,service life and other optical and electrical were tested,in order to seek more effective deep ultraviolet sterilization module to integration into the car.Finally,the sterilization and purification performance of the module was tested.The results showed that the module reached the national designated standard for air purification,sterilization and disinfection.Finally,this paper use finite element analysis software COMSOL to simulate the deep ultraviolet sterilization module and the heat dissipation module.Compare differences structure of the temperature,to obtain effective deep ultraviolet sterilization system.And refer to the HVAC system and structural diagram,integration deep ultraviolet sterilization module system into the HVAC system,get better sterilization,and easier to use.This research is to cope with the problems emerging during deep ultraviolet LED in the car air purification application;therefore,this paper lays its great value on practice.
