| The pulse detection probe can collect the pulse information scientifically and analysis human’s health synthetically.It can carry forward the Chinese traditional medicine cultural and measure human’s physiological signal in the real time.A flexible pulse detection probe based on 3D graphene is used to transform the physiological signals into electrical signals by using a 3D graphene stress sensor.The 3D graphene is made by chemical vapor deposition(CVD).It is found the ratio of elastic prepolymer and the curing agent will affect the probe’s sensitivity and frequency response.The stability is also took into consideration about their effect into probe.Finally,the research discussed the probe can apply to the measurement of human pulse signal,speech signal and motion signal.The specific work is as follows:(1)High quality graphene is made by CVD method,the elastic polymer is injected into 3D graphene,thereby probe based on 3D graphene has been successfully prepared.(2)In order to study the influence of the different ratios of elastic prepolymer and curing agent on flexible pulse detection probe based on 3D graphene,three kinds of pulse detection probe whose elastic prepolymer and curing agent ratio is 5:1,10:1 and 15:1 are used to test the static signal when stretching probe and the dynamic signal when vibrating probe.When the ratio of elastic prepolymer and curing agent is 10: 1,the sensitivity of the probe is the highest.In addition,the probe has also been tested in a cyclic manner.The results show that the pulse detection probe has good stability and recoverability.(3)A test circuit for testing physiological signal of human body is set up.Signals such as pulse,throat sound and handshake are tested with this circuit and the pulse detection probe.The probe is found to have a good frequency response based on the analysis of the signals obtained and the probe also can measure the details of signal.To the throat sound,it can detect not only the signal of laryngeal muscle,but also the vibration signal of laryngeal.Therefore,the probe is expected to become an important material for making wearable electronic devices. |
