Satellite temperature control system is the key equipment for regulating the temperature of equipment in the spacecraft.Satellites are subject to stringent alternating high and low temperatures while they are in orbit,and the electronics in the spacecraft need to be operated within a specific temperature range.Components with special functions,such as CCD cameras,often require high temperature stability.Therefore,the satellite temperature control system needs to adapt to changes in the external environment and high control accuracy.At present,there is still a long way for us to go to develop the satellite temperature control system.Compared with other countries,the control technology mainly adopts the switch type and the control method is single.It is difficult to av oid the influence of the time delay on the temperature and the control technology does not have the environmental adaptability.When the external environment fluctuates violently,it is difficult to guarantee the precision of temperature control.In this paper,the factors influencing the accuracy of temperature control are discussed,and a variety of temperature control methods are summarized,mainly on the time delay of the temperature control system during temperature control and the environmental adaptability of temperature control method when the ambient temperature changes.This paper first analyzes the time delay of the system temperature,summarizes the influence of temperature rise time,cooling time,rise and fall temperature cycle and the proportion of rising and falling temperature on the system temperature,establishes the temperature control algorithm when the ambient temperature is constant.According to the system temperature requirements,determine the heater temperature rise and cooling time parameters,which can effectively reduce the impact of temperature lag on the accuracy of temperature control.On this basis,we also analyzed the influence of ambient temperature on the temperature control accuracy,and finally established a temperature control algorithm when the ambient temperature changes-a proportional-periodic temperature control algorithm based on parameter self-learning,which can automatically adjust the system up and cooling time parameters,according to the ambient temperature.The temperature control system can always maintain a high temperature control accuracy.This paper designs the temperature control system of the parameter self-learning ratio-cycle temperature control algorithm from the aspects of software and hardware,respectively.The mathematical model of the temperature control algorithm is established by Simulink simulation.The temperature simulation and temperature control time are used as the variables to simulate the mathematical model of temperature control algorithm.The results show that the temperature control accuracy is better than 0.1 ?.The parameter self-learning ratio-periodic algorithm was simulated by hardware and the temperature control test was carried out.The result shows that the temperature control precision is better than 0.2?.
