| Recently the use of electric power to drive automobiles,aircraft and ships has become a research upsurge,and the key to its research is the motor and its driving technology.Compared with the traditional three phase drive system,the multiphase system is more suitable for high reliability and high power demand.This topic comes from the National Natural Science Foundation,"unsymmetrical unit multiphase motor for electric aircraft propulsion".This paper studies the fifteen phase PMSM vector control system based on FPGA in the field of electric aircraft.According to the relationship between multiphase and three phase motor,then a three set of five phase group modeling method is put forward.Then a set of three sets of five phase parallel drive vector control system is set up.Through the simulation analysis in Simulink and experiment,it shows that the design of the motor control system is feasible and when the motor is working on lack-of-set mode,the remaining set of windings can still work through overload or load reduction.All-electric aircraft requires high reliability and high fault tolerance of the motor and its system.This paper mainly studies the fault-tolerant control method based on different PWM modulation modes.Theoretical analysis shows that fault tolerant control is not easy to achieve based on five phase six switch and normal SVPWM.In order to solve the shortcomings of the current hysteresis control,the variable loop wide quasi constant frequency current hysteresis control method is studies.Simulation and experimental analysis of fault tolerance control of five phase six bridge arm SVPWM fault tolerant and current hysteresis loop show that they have own advantages and advantages.So different control methods should be selected for different working conditions.In this paper,FPGA chip is selected as the controller.In the circuit design,the logic resources of the FPGA controller are rich and the interface is flexible.It meets the requirements of the fifteen phase system with many PWM roads and fast sampling speed,so that it can give full play to the excellent performance of the fifteen phase system.At the same time,the measures to enhance the safety and reliability of hardware are studied.Aiming at the software design of control system based on Verilog HDL language,through the coordinated operation of each module,the software of the fifteen phase PMSM control system is completed.Finally,the above experiments are finished based on the software and hardware platform. |
