Since 1980,with the tremendous progressing of Photodetector technology,space remote visible optical camera of real-time transmission type totally substitutes the traditional film type camera.The Electronic Systems Technology required by regular working which provides photodetect is getting improved quickly.As the users’ requirement on space camera performance is getting higher and higher,mainly the enhancement of resolution specification and width range,making the architecture of space camera electronics system is enlarged a lot.This causes the scale of satellites’ platform to be also getting bigger and bigger,and the development cycle,the cost of research,manufacturing,the launch of satellite are getting much more expensive which seriously affects the duty the response capability.In the early 21 s century,under the vigorous development of developed country commercialization pattern regarding the remote optical sensing camera,the new design idea of the lowcost and low-risk facilitated the integration ofcamera electronic system developed maturely.It completed highly integration in the chip level,module level,system-level as well as every each layer.Unfortunately,the integrated technologies of Chinese in this field was still at the fumble stage,we still need do further reserch and development.This paper mainly conducts the integration design of space camera electronic system.Based on traditional electronic system design,it analyzes the relations between electronic system related technology parameters and imaging quality,implements the integration and modulation of space camera electronic system,thus causing volume and quality reduced and lower power consumption.It also changes the development barrier of existing satellite platform and payload.The major study contents of this paper including the following four aspects:(1)Impact analysis of Camera electronicsystem related technology parameter to imaging qualityThe core parameter of space camera electronic system image quality is SNR(Signal-to-Noise Ratio)and MTF(Modulation Transfer Function).This article will carry on the systematic analysis,and provides the influence relations between all parameters.(2)High speed and low noise integration signals processing circuit designBuilds the model in view of the camera electronic system related technology parameters separately.By using theory and simulation to analyze the effect of related technology parameters on image quality optimizes the circuit design.This article selects two parts of essentialelectric circuits: The focal plane driving circuit and data processing electriccircuit.Electriccircuit integrated design are implemented separatel y: Driving circuit seal integration anddata processing electric circuit integration.(3)CCD camera electronic system integrated design and implementationBased on analysis and summarization of traditional CCD electronic system design,this article provides a architect design on camera product’s feature,performance,connector and etc.It proposes integrated design method for both system and single board.Through the system information stream,data stream as well as FPGA software design,it accomplishment integration of electronic system.Meanwhile it implements camera’s structure adaptable design.(4)camera electronics automation integrated test systemAccording to the analysis of integrated product test method,with the help of built simulation model,consider the existing ground equivalent test equipment as well as feature of space camera,fully take advantage of existing mature test method and experience,gives a feasible test method.
