With the rapid development of our country's economy and international influence gradually improve,driving the rapid development of port logistics,port equipment as an important lifting transportation termina l equipment,get rapid development.As the loading of the goods weight is more and more big,the traditional shore bridge crane,portal crane,wheel crane equipment,unable to meet the large pieces of goods,such as pieces of overweight transportation requirements;However,large floating cranes have high cost,high cost and influence on the environment of the port.In the light of the new port logistics demand,in a 600 t port mast crane as research object,structure design,meet a variety of working condit ions of different requirements of statics and dynamics,the design can be optimized according to different conditions.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,using the GB/T3811 crane design specification of the bidirectional bending formula to calculate the overall stability,calculated the mast crane jib,shaft bracket two two-way bending component in the overall stability of the most dangerous working conditions.Through the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the finite element analysis model of the mast crane is established reasonably,and the static strength analysis is carried out for the dangerous working conditions of the whole machine.Compared with the overall stability results calculated by the code,the rationality of the design is verified.At the same time,using the nonlinear buckling module of ANSYS software,the structure stability of the whole machine is analyzed and calculated under dangerous working conditions.Using ANSYS analys is software to obtain the flexible body analysis model of the mast-type crane,the MNF file is formed through the interface between ANSYS and ADAMS.Using ADAMS dynamic simulation analysis software,the load is suddenly uninstalled and simulated,and the vibration curve of the heavy arm displacement is obtained.Is obtained by MATLAB data processing was carried out on the vibration curve,impact coefficient caused by sudden unloading,prove that to calculate the sudden unloading of impact coefficient,according to the specification the result of calculation is more secure,provides data reference for structural calculation suddenly unloading conditions.
