| Freeform surface shape is gradually used in architecture design with the development of computer tecchnology and advancement of maunfacturing technology.The updating of the digital software make the architecture shape getting rid of the traditional geometric form.There are many problems in construction process,for example the building quality is not ideal,the construction period is long and the high cost,due to the construction technology,materials and the construction methods.This paper has a research on the development progress of the free surface in architecture,the design method and the theory on free form surface division in architecture;and summarizes the construction situation in real project combining the development of digital construction technology.Through the comparative study of the freeform surface design and construction between china and aboard,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of freeform sruface in domestic construction field.This paper aimed to study on the methods of units division in free form surface construction.Based on the research of basic knowledge and unit division in related fields,a unified strategy of freeform surface division unit specification based on topology optimization and unit classification strategy based on developable surface and non developable surface are proposed.By dividing the complex freeform surface into simple triangles or planar quadrilateral elements based on the divi sion method of plane geometric units,the difficulty of machining components units is greatly reduced,and topology optimization is further carried out,so that the division of unit specifications is unified,For curved surfaces with large curvature,divis ion units are classified according to classification strategy,so as to reduce the types of units and process the surface units with a few kinds of templates,so as to save the cost of construction.It is hoped that the proposal of optimization strategy based on the freeform surface unit division will guide the construction of freeform surface in the actual construction process,and promote the related theoretical research related to the construction of freeform surface. |
