The process of high speed oblique into water in a small scale projectile model involves complex physical phenomena such as free surface and turbulence, and the time is very short. The interaction between the model and medium, the hydrodynamic characteristics of the model and the influence on the surrounding flow field have a very important research value. In this paper, the hydrodynamic characteristics of high speed projectile tilting into water and the flow field pressure around it are studied by numerical simulation. The main contents are as follows:In this paper, the numerical simulation method of Reynolds time average equation and VOF multiphase flow model and SST turbulence model are introduced. The whole process of high speed projectile oblique into water is numerically simulated by using dynamic computational domain technique. The accuracy of the numerical simulation is verified by comparing the numerical simulation results with the experimental results. The numerical simulation of the whole process of high speed projectile oblique into the water is carried out.The influence of the high velocity projectile on the hydrodynamic characteristics and the distribution of pressure distribution in the surrounding flow field is analyzed. In this paper, numerical simulation of obliqued water entry of high speed projectile with different incident angles is carried out.The influence of high speed projectile obliquing into water at different incident angles on hydrodynamic characteristics and pressure distribution of surrounding flow field is analyzed. In this paper, numerical simulation of obliqued water entry of high speed projectile with different projectile parameters is carried out,and the oblique water entry of projectile with different centroids and different densities is numerically simulated. The effects of the center of mass and the density of projectile on the hydrodynamic characteristics of the projectile and the pressure distribution of the surrounding flow field are analyzed.
