With the continuous improved requirenments of the structure,rigid structures can no longer meet the satisfaction of assembly of 3C products,and compliant mechanisms are replacing some rigid structures to achieve assemblying goals with its small volume,ligthness and frictionless.The main method of the design of compliant mechanisms is topology optimization method.The level set method is in favour with researchers because of its unique advantages as a topology optimization method.This article is about designing compliant mechanisms based on the level set method,it lays the foundation for subsequent optimization of specific structures for assembling specific 3C parts.Firstly,this article introduces the essentials of the level set method applied to the topology optimization of compliant mechanism.It introduces numbering method to the units and nodes of the finite element analysis and its implementation in the level set method.Then,it introduces the level set method,including the construction and solution of the level set equation,reinitializatiuon of the level set function and convergence conditions,complete the algorithm of the level set method,which establishes a theoretical basis for the research behind this project.Secondly,this article introduces the characteristics of compliant mechanisms and the establishment of the topology optimization of compliant mechanisms.Then it gives a topology optimizaiton model in general form,solves and extends the velocity field based on the model.It takes the displacement inverter and the clamp mechanism as examples to establish the topology optimization model with different design variables,objective functions and constraint conditions.And then,the linear weighted array formula and augmented multiplier method are used to transform the models into unconstrained optimization models,which establishs foundation for solving the velocity field.Then,Based on the topology optimization modle and the level set method theory,take the displacement inverter and the clamp mechanism as examples,obtain the intermediate process and the final structure with the initial topology structure to achieve the desired reverse displacement function and clamping function.On this basis,the level set algorithm is extended to achieve a more extensive application by modifying the specific content of the algorithm to obtain similar structure.Finally,based on the topology structure obtained by the above theory,this article establishes three-dimensional models of the displacement inverter and the clamp mechanism,and then does the simulation analysis to the structures to get the input and output performance of the structure.Select the equipment and establish the experimental platform based on the above results and then conduct experiments,compare the experiment results with the simulation results to test the efficiency of the two structures.
