Lithium-ion batteries have been widely used in production and life in today's society.The thickness and uniformity of battery plates are important factors that affect the performance and life of lithium-ion batteries.The traditional battery plate thickness detection is generally performed after the end of the coating production process,and there is a large lag.On-line thickness measurement system using laser sensors can be applied to the coating production process.Real-time detection of plate thickness and adjustment of coating production status can improve the pass rate of battery plate coating productionThe on-line laser thickness measurement system studied in this project has been improved on the basis of the original system.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of system and improve the anti-interference ability in the coating production environment,based on the analysis of the measurement error sources of the original system,a laser sensor automatic correction device was designed.The transverse scanning method of the thickness measurement system sensor has been improved;and the digital filtering method of the software has been studied.According to the need of coating production,the feedback of the adjustment of the coating machine is increased,and the feedback and control of the on-line thickness measurement system to the production process are realized.The host computer serves as the core of command control and data processing for the entire thickness measurement system.Various improvements of the system need to be achieved through the programming of the host computer software.Using C++ Builder 6.0 under Windows operating system as the software development platform,the client and server software design architecture is adopted to implement a friendly human-machine interface.Using the multi-thread programming technology,the serial communication thread class was designed,which realized the simultaneous communication between the host computer and multiple serial port resources.Using custom message functions to achieve synchronization and communication between software threads.Multi-stage filtering method is used to implement the on-line digital filter function.Design sensitizer lateral direction drilling method,practical application completed thickness uniformity self-motive positive number operation processing method.According to the different coating types,two coating thickness processing algorithms,continuous coating and gap coating,were designed.A model of coating control objects was established,and a digital control method for adjusting the amount of coating of the coating machine was designed.After testing the on-line thickness measurement system,it was proved that the improved system can monitor the coating production status of the battery plate in real time,and has higher measurement accuracy and anti-jamming capability.The application of the feedback control of blade adjustment can automatically adjust the coating.This method can improve the production quality and efficiency and has a high application value.
