In the progress of social development,structural engineers have been pursuing much higher and longer span structures.And with the improvement of science and technology,more and more magnificent architectural structures have been realized.Nowadays,researchers set goals for the structure with the span of kilometer.It was proved that in the span of 800 meter,Kiewitt,Geodesic and Three-dimensional grid mega-latticed structure have good static and stability performance.Therefore,it is necessary to study whether the dynamic performance of the structure is equally excellent.In this paper,taking Kiewitt,Geodesic and Three-dimensional grid mega-latticed structure with the span of 800 meter for research objects,their dynamic characteristics were studied.Through the series analysis of the structures under frequent earthquakes and rare earthquakes,a better structural scheme was selected.The study mainly includes following parts:The APDL parametic language was used to compile model automatic generation program.Based on the principle of full stress design,section of the truss member was selected for the geometric model,and the finite element model for seismic analysis was obtained.The modal analysis of the structure was carried out,and the spectral and vibration characteristics of the structures were calculated.The Rayleigh damping of the structure was calculated,and the number of the mode of vibration mode combination was determined when the response spectrum method is applied.The response of the structure under unidimensional and two-dimensional seismic actions was calculated,and the influence of the directivity of the earthquake on the structural response was studied.For the 3 structural schemes,the response of the structure was calculated under the action of 5 different earthquakes respectively.The response characteristics of the structure were obtained,and the response laws of the structures under the action of frequent earthquakes were summarized.And the applicability of response spectrum method to seismic calculation of such structures was studied.The response of Geodesic and Three-dimensional grid mega-latticed structure under the action of rare earthquake was studied.Compared with the response results under frequent earthquakes,the response rules of structures under rare earthquakes were summarized.The plastic development of the structure was explored,and the process of plastic development and the distribution of plasticity were studied.Considering the seismic performance of frequent and rare earthquakes,the applicability of the three structural schemes under the 800 m span was compared,and a structural scheme with excellent seismic performance was obtained.
