In recent years,Integrated circuit technology grew rapidlly.And with it electronic devices have become increasingly miniaturized,wireless,and low-power designed.This provides energy harvesting technology opportunities along with challenges.Especially take vibration energy collectors that collect environmental mechanical energy as an example: The energy that can be collected by traditional energy harvesters is constrained by problems such as resonance frequency,vibration direction,and mechanical limitations.Therefore,it is necessary to find some environmentally-restricted and highly versatile ones with new structures or new designs.Hybrid electromagnetic vibration energy collectors(using an eccentric disc as a moving part and performing a movement state between the cantilever beam and the circumferential rotation)have the characteristics of multiple directions of energy harvesting and indefinite resonance frequency,Thus this new structure has become worthy of being tried as a way of broadening energy collection.Via a method of combined theory and practice,this paper studies the electromagnetic vibration energy harvester using eccentric disc structure from the aspects of principle analysis and simulation,as well as prototype design and processing respectively.On the one hand,this paper proposes key issues of the structure of the energy harvester at the theoretical level: the multi-body dynamics during eccentric disc movement: and the electromagnetic transformation of the magnets and the coils.Furthermore,the qualitative analysis of the two problems and verification via simulations were carried out separately for these two problems.Which form an estimation of the eccentric disk movement and the estimation of actual output energy in the energy harvester,as well as the guidance for the design and processing.Through the actual test of the prototype and the simulation analysis of principle theroies,the feasibility of the new structure of the vibration energy harvestor in the application environment with low frequency,large amplitude and variable direction can be evaluated.Specifically,based on the completed prototype,this paper simulates the collection of human kinetic energy and tests the performance of the energy harvester produced.It is confirmed that approximately 0.9m W of energy can be generated during hunman running movement,and successfully converts 40% of the total energy of the eccentric disk into electrical energy,which proves that the eccentric disk is used.The structural electromagnetic vibration energy collector has a certain application prospect and theoretical research prospect in the field of human kinetic energy collection.
