With the advancement of space technology,space debris is increasing day by day,and the space environment is deteriorating.These space debris that move at high speed in space and the debris that they collide with each other may pose a great threat to space stations,space satellites,and astronauts,clearing space.Fragmentation is particularly important.Therefore,the active clearance of space debris has become a research hotspot in the aerospace field.In order to be able to achieve the removal of space debris,we first need to study the movement of space non-cooperative targets.However,the space experiment is costly.In order to reduce the risk and cost of development,a large amount of advance research is required on the ground.The core of this is the air floatation platform technology.This thesis studies and analyzes the main function modules of the three-degree-of-freedom air floatation platform.Combined with the actual requirements of this paper,a complete air floatation system is designed,including the air floatation system,the air-conditioning propulsion system,the air supply system,the center of gravity adjustment module,etc..At the same time,simulation analysis was performed on the two key components of the air floatation platform—ball bearings and nozzles.Through simulation,the factors affecting the static characteristics of gas ball bearings were discussed.The contraction-expansion nozzle was designed and its flow field distribution was analyzed.The design of the air floatation platform is not controlled by the flywheel.At present,only the jet control is adopted because the solenoid valve only has two states of fully open and fully closed,and the output torque is fixed.Compared with the flywheel control,the accuracy is slightly insufficient.However,through the PWPF regulator,the pulse is equivalent to the effect that the flywheel continuously outputs the control torque,which can greatly improve the accuracy of the jet control.On the basis of structural design,simulation analysis of key parts,and control design,nozzle characteristics test,bearing capacity test,and eddy current torque test were performed.The dynamic response curve of the nozzle is obtained;the experimental value of bearing capacity is basically consistent with the simulation trend;by changing the air pressure of a single air chamber,the effect of reducing the vortex torque can be achieved.
