With the increasing awareness of energy conservation,traditional coal-fired heating methods are quietly changing.In order to further understand the heating methods of residential buildings in winter in Xi'an,the research team conducted relevant research.The investigation found that under the active promotion of the relevant functional departments,the original residential coal-fired boilers and domestic coal-fired facilities have been replaced by natural gas facilities,and the energy demand for winter heating in the Xi'an region has undergone structural changes.Under the new situation,what kind of heating method is the best in terms of thermal comfort,what kind of heating method is the lowest level of energy consumption,what kind of method is the best economical and other issues need to be further explored.For the study of indoor thermal comfort,it is necessary to consider the specific natural conditions and residents' living habits in the area and determine the interior design temperature in conjunction with the standard requirements.Through software simulation,energy consumption data under different heat source conditions are obtained.From the energy consumption data,the economics of different heating modes can be further judged.The winter interior design temperature was determined from survey data and objective measured values.In the calculation of comfort,the PMV-PPD calculation model of Fanger was used.According to the measured indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity,wall temperature and other data,using the formula of PMV,the neutral temperature of the indoor temperature is 21.3?.When the average dissatisfaction rate is less than 10%when meeting the requirements of IS07730,the indoor design temperature should be maintained at Between 18.7-24.1?.Based on the principle of energy conservation,the indoor design temperature in winter may be lower than the indoor temperature neutral value.Therefore,according to the IS07730 national standard recommended value,the lower temperature limit of 18.7? is selected as the heating interior design temperature.DeST-H and Energy Plus were used to simulate the energy consumption of the building heat load and different heating modes,respectively.According to the simulation data,the energy ratio of the residential natural gas boiler system,the combined heat and power system,and the wall-hanging boiler system is 1:0.85:0.73,and the energy consumption converted to primary energy is 1:0.89:0.61.The conclusion shows that the energy consumption of gas-fired wall-mounted boilers has obvious advantages in several heating modes,and this advantage is further strengthened when they are converted into primary energy consumption.The comprehensive comparison of different heating modes uses a fuzzy evaluation method.For fuzzy evaluation,the first-level indicators are economic,energy consumption and thermal comfort respectively.The economic performance is calculated using the annual value of the cost and the operating cost respectively.The energy consumption is calculated based on the primary energy consumption,and the thermal comfort is determined based on the average PMV value of the test units.According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation,the heating mode of the CHP floor heating should be preferred in the winter heating in Xi'an area,and the fuzzy evaluation value of the gas heating of the gas boiler in the community and the radiant heating of the floor of the gas boiler in the community is relatively small and is not recommended.
