| As one of the core technologies of rail vehicles,the traction transmission technology of rail vehicles is an important basis to ensure and improve the technical performance of rail vehicles.The development of traction transmission technology has promoted the overall progress of the rail vehicle technology.The advanced and reliable traction transmission technology has become one of the important symbols to measure the technical level of a country.The Xi’an Metro Line 3 consists of 6 cars,each of which has a traction inverter and 4 traction motors,each of which has 1 auxiliary inverters.Controlled by traction and auxiliary control units.Because the length of the line is longer and the slope of the line is larger,the "four move and two drag" six groups are adopted,and the train is more powerful in comparison with the other three subway stations which are organized into six "three move and two pull" trains.Based on the actual project,the design and construction of traction drive system are analyzed.The design requirements of traction system under different working conditions are analyzed,and the actual application of traction drive system of Xi’an Metro Line 3 is completed.This paper presents the corresponding experimental data and analyzes the experimental results.The test results show that the system meets the basic technical specifications.Under the condition of different passenger carrying capacity,all meet the design requirements of the addition and subtraction speed.The train in this system has certain operation ability under the condition of failure,and can realize the rescue of the ramp of train,and the system can reach the actual level of use.The design of traction system of Xi’an Metro Line 3 is the actual situation of Chinese Zhongche years mature models are designed on the basis of combining with years of experience and domestic locomotive use of outer rail vehicles,and adds some peculiarities of design optimization.At the same time,it also adds a number of user-friendly control methods to improve the operability of the locomotive and the use of safety levels.It has laid a good foundation for the safe and stable operation of the locomotive. |
