| The hydraulic hybrid power experiment platform is a simulation platform for the simulation of the working principle of the hydraulic hybrid power system.Compared with real car test,its cost is low and its control is simple,simulation experiment platform of negligible secondary factors,research on control methods of the key parts of the system,and various parameters,experimental platform of safety and energy saving,short development cycle,has important significance for basic research on the application of hydraulic hybrid vehicle.On the basis of the power transmission test bench,this paper develops a parallel hydraulic hybrid power experiment platform and studies the performance of braking energy recovery.The main research is as follows:(1)Refer to the existing power transmission experiment platform,based on parallel hydraulic hybrid power transmission system principle,the overall scheme and function of parallel hydraulic hybrid experimental platform,the design of hydraulic system test bench,and the matching calculation and selection of the key components of the test bench.(2)According to the design plan and selection parameters,AMESim and Simulink cosimulation models are built,and the braking energy recovery effect and braking performance of the designed hydraulic hybrid system scheme and traditional hydraulic system scheme are compared by simulation.(3)Duilding a parallel hydraulic hybrid experiment platform;according to the function requirement of experiment device and control method for analysis of computer and communication experiment between controllers and parameters,and combined with the experimental platform of its own characteristics and existing resources,development and design of experimental platform control system for vehicle engine and load system simulation experiment table.(4)Regulation on test bench,carry out braking energy recovery experiment of parallel hydraulic hybrid system,analysis of braking energy recovery efficiency and braking performance of the hydraulic system under different braking conditions,and provide the basis for the follow-up study. |
