The anti-seepage system of concrete pool can be constructed from two kinds of measures inside and outside.One is to strengthen the anti-seepage performance of concrete,such as waterproof concrete material pouring to form a self-waterproof system.The other kind is to paste flexible waterproof material on concrete base surface or spray coating film material to form additional waterproof system.Due to the on-site construction environment and technical conditions,the single action can hardly be an ideal anti-seepage plan.so,compound anti-seepage system is often adopted.In the process of using non-standard operation and maintenance delay,it can also induce the water impermeability and expansion of the pool,forming the so-called engineering quality common disease.This paper analysis the concrete pool seepage appeared defects,how to quickly find the source of defects,there is a clear judgment of defect characteristics,explore the formation reason of defects,and put forward reasonable in view of the defect rectification and remedy link plan guidance and scientific process.Obtaining first-hand information on the site becomes the primary task,which requires on-site engineering investigation,sampling of local drilling core and application of non-destructive testing techniques.It can carry out the targeted maintenance measures and rectifying schemes.An investigation and analysis on the diagnosis and rectifying of anti-seepage defects in concrete pools are carried out with the example of a non-boundary swimming pool project in Beijing.It was constructed by the traditional design and structural measures and construction technology until the environment change.After completion,due to the failure of all parties to maintain and maintain the maintenance and maintenance,resulting in a wide range of leakage defects shortly after completion.Then the method of diagnosis and correction of leak-proof defect is put forward to carry out engineering investigation,defect diagnosis and cause analysis,so as to put forward a reliable method of defect correction.
