Permanent magnet synchronous motor has good dynamic performance,and the output torque and efficiency of this motor are very high.It uses rare earth permanent magnet materials instead of the traditional winding excitation motor,which greatly saves costs.Therefore,it has been widely used in industrial and agricultural fields.In this thesis,2.2KW permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed and optimized.This thesis first analyzes the working principle and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and obtains the main parameters of the designed motor.Then the permanent magnet synchronous motor model is built by using the finite element software Ansoft/Maxwell.The working characteristics of static and transient field are analyzed.The waveforms of magnetic force line,magnetic density and magnetic density of tooth of motor are obtained,which provides simulation basis for the design rationality of PMSM(Permanenant Magnet Synchronous Motor).On the basis of these studies,In this thesis,Taguchi is used to optimize the permanent magnet synchronous motor.Taking the thickness of motor permanent magnet,the width of permanent magnet and the distance between permanent magnet and rotor shaft as the optimization parameters,Because of the non-circular rotor structure of the motor designed in this paper,Taguchi method is improved,the uneven air gap ratio is introduced,and the uneven air gap ratio is also used as the optimization parameter.The cogging torque,efficiency and torque ripple as optimization objectives,determine the optimal program,and Ansoft/Maxwell software was used to simulate the permanent magnet motor.Finally,the designed motor was verified through experiments,using finite element software to simulate the motor.By setting up the experimental platform of permanent magnet motor,the experiment of load and load is carried out to the prototype of the prototype,and the performance parameters of the permanent magnet motor are completed.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,Confirmed the theoretical validity and feasibility.
