| At present,lithium battery is widely applied and studied with its high capacity density,high cycle times and low attenuation.The anode is the core component of lithium battery,and the drying is an important part of lithium battery production.At present,the polar plate mainly adopts the hot air impact convection drying,which has the disadvantages such as high heat resistance and difficulty in airflow control.Infrared drying technology has the advantages of direct energy transfer and easy control,which can make up for the shortage of convection drying.In order to improve the drying rate,efficiency and quality of the electrode,the drying characteristics of the anode electrode in the infrared radiation condition were studied.This paper has made a laboratory electrode coating device and developed a feasible laboratory size and coating process.The experimental platform was set up with infrared heating tube,electronic balance,thermocouple,constant temperature oven and other equipment and equipment.Among them,in the single infrared drying experiments,real-time measuring pole piece weight,temperature,and then draw the drying curves and drying rate curves and pole piece temperature curve,makes a research on the infrared radiation power,distance the influence law of different thickness of the coating drying process.In the hot air infrared coupling drying experiment,the electrode temperature was measured in real time.Based on the experiment,the effects of heating power,radiation distance,thickness of film coating,wind temperature and air volume on the drying characteristics were investigated.In the actual process of drying,infrared and hot air convection are exist at the same time,to explore the two drying methods in the process of production of mutual influence,experiments have been carried out to explore this topic are also in this respect.Combined with the actual production,the design and production of the experimental platform can be carried out simultaneously.Through the analysis of drying characteristics of sheet under different drying conditions,the material of lithium battery cathode plate coating properties,identified the critical moisture content and the relationship between the thickness before and after drying,and then puts forward the lithium-ion battery pole piece prediction method of critical moisture content in drying process,can provide the actual design of oven,give some reference to the regulation of production conditions. |
