For dealing with the rising energy crisis,and the growing levels of pollution caused by the consuming of a large amount of traditional fossil fuel,China has promoted the wide use in renewable energy.But the fact that the rising of solar generating capacity dose not mean that the solar power has been used widely and well.It is difficult to widely use solar power,because the solar power is unstable.The Abandoning of solar power in China is particularly serious.At the same time,electrical vehicles is other trend in renewable energy industry in China.It can be seen that the number of electrical vehicles will rise dramatically in next five years.But the large number of electrical vehicles will consume the large amount of power and cause some adverse problems in gird.For decreasing the amount of abandoned solar power in China,and dealing with the problem of the dramatic rising in charging load in the future.This study promotes grid-connected PV-and-storage microgrid considering electrical vehicles' demand response to decrease the amount of abandoned solar power and the cost of micro gird.The content is as follow:(1)Analyzing and concluding the development situation of Chinese solar power industry and electrical vehicles' industry;then analyzing foreign studies about optimal configuration of grid-connected PV-and-storage microgrid,especially the studies considering electrical vehicles' demand response.(2)The concept of third-party micro grid operator is introduced into the microgrid side,and the net present value model of microgrid is established to evaluate the feasibility of microgrid's project investment and operation.(3)Analyzing the facts about electrical vehicles charging load,and using Monte Carlo to forecast electrical vehicles charging load;basing on this content,the technology acceptance model is introduced to the electrical vehicles owners side to evaluate the long-term acceptance of demand side response technology or electrical vehicles owners by assessing demand side response technology's perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use;and using particle swarm optimization to solve the process of the demand sideresponse.(4)Introducing the HOMER software and using this software to simulate the planning of microgrid's storage system.The example shows that the grid-connected PV-and-storage micro grid integrating with electrical vehicles' demand side response mechanism can reduce the amount of excess solar electricity effectively and improve the net present value in microgrid's project life.
