Based on the daily activities,cleaning and nursing problems of aging of population and disability vulnerable groups,this paper designed a intelligent toileting wheelchair and stretcher,help the elderly,patients solve this difficult problem.According to the work needs and structural features of the equipment,this paper has carried out the design of the mechanical and control system of intelligent wheelchair.First of all,based on the theory of ergonomics,and national health care requirements the structure size and the engine power type were determined.According to the working principle of each module and load conditions,motor,reducer,drive system were selected.Through the comparative analysis to determine the power drive type and parameter selection,finishing the design of the equipment operation parameters.Secondly,the mechanical structure design was analyzed,and the design principle of the method of each module was introduced detaily.And movement simulation verification institutions whether there is interference of solving problems,and calculating other parameters,doing optimized analysis for the key parts.Then,the control system was constructed,and the hardware material which are used in the design process of the hardware system was introduced,and the software system designed the synchronous movement of the push rod algorithm,PWM pulse control method.Doing the flow chart of every module control system in detail drawing and wiring diagram drawing.Finally,the process,assembly and debugging of the prototype were carried out,and the function demonstration was carried out.For the whole equipment in terms of the software system development cycle,this paper put forward a new kind of programming method,using graphical programming to design slave computer and host computer,shortening the development cycle,enhancing the visibility and compatibility.
