Concrete pump truck is an important engineering construction machinery,whose main function is to transport concrete material to the casting position and for casting.With the rapid development of our country's infrastructure and the rise in the cost of labor resources,the application of the concrete pump truck is more and more extensive.As the main working parts of concrete pump truck,the design of arm frame structure is the key to the pump truck design.In this paper,a type of concrete pump truck is used as the research object,and its boom frame structure is analyzed and optimized.In this paper,the theoretical calculation model of strength and hinge point force of concrete pump truck is derived.The optimization model of luffing mechanism hinge point location is established,and We use the weighted method to transform Multiple objective functions that include the minimum of the equivalent stress of the hydraulic cylinder and the minimum of the equivalent stress of the boom structure dangerous section into a single objective function.We select the location of the hinge point size as optimal design variables,and constrain the hinge point location size,the equivalent stress of the boom structure dangerous section and the hydraulic cylinder equivalent stress,then we use MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox to optimize the hinge point.On the base of hinge point location optimization,the finite element model of concrete pump is established by using the parametric modeling language in ANSYS software.According to the typical working conditions of concrete pump finite element calculation is carried out.We compare finite element calculation results that include equivalent stress of the boom structure in dangerous section and the hinge point force to theoretical calculation results,so that we can verify the correctness of finite element model.The optimization program written by APDL is used to optimize the section of the pump boom structure,The weight of the boom was reduced by 8.6% under the premise of satisfying the rigidity and strength.
