Traditional water treatment and disinfection technology is faced with the production of disinfection by-products,the safety of transportation and other issues,so the development of new disinfection technology and disinfection system of multi-level barrier strategy is imperative.In recent decades,advanced oxidative disinfection based on sulfate radicals has developed rapidly as a new advanced oxidative disinfection technology,potassium peroxomonosulfate triple salt is based on the disinfection technology under the new disinfectant.In this paper,the disinfectant has been studied in detail,and the conclusions are as follows:The method for the determination of potassium peroxomonosulfate disinfectants is iodine method and N,N-diethyl p-phenylenediamine(DPD)spectrophotometry,These two methods can accurately measure the main active ingredient in the mono-persulfate disinfectant,mono-persulfate,and the active oxygen.The range of factory water should meet the range of 0.05-0.5 mg / L and the range of peripheral water should meet not less than 0.02 mg / L.Potassium peroxomonosulfate triple salt has a good inactivation effect on E.coli at a dose of 2mg / L,and the bacteriostatic properties of Bacillus subtilis black variants are poor.By GC / MS qualitative analysis,the disinfectant produced some halogenated hydrocarbons and halides during the sterilization process,but the amount of disinfectant byproducts was less than that of the same dose.Through the umu genotoxicity test,the risk of genotoxicity caused by disinfection of potassium monopersulfate was less than that of traditional chlorine disinfection.The disinfectant on the brass,aluminum and stainless steel basically no corrosion,the carbon steel,gray cast iron and spherical cast iron for moderate corrosion.The active ingredient of active oxygen has a strong persistence and can play a role in continuous sterilization.UV combined with potassium peroxomonosulfate triple salt in the combination process,the disinfectant dosage of 2.0 mg / L,the simulated network of high biological safety,this time to ensure that the balance of disinfectant is not less than 0.06 mg / L.The kinetic analysis of the suspension bacteria in the pipe network showed that the control effect of the UV disinfection system on the biosafety of the pipe network was not significant before the disinfection process of potassium peroxomonosulfate compound powder.The production of potassium peroxomonosulfate triple salt has been applied in more than 100 water plants in 12 provinces in China.The disinfectant is stable,easy to store,easy to transport and easy to operate and manage.Its tons of water treatment costs 0.08 yuan / ton,relative to other disinfection methods,disinfection costs are relatively high. |
