With the development of China's economy and the increase in the degree of motorization, problems such as traffic jams, vehicle exhaust emission, and environmental noise have become increasingly serious, seriously affecting the sustainable development of the city. The development of a large-volume subway system is an inevitable choice to solve the above problems. As a user of the subway, the traveler's evaluation of the service quality of the subway system, especially the perceived service quality,is an important factor affecting the sharing ratio of the subway. Therefore,it is necessary to study the traveler's evaluation of the service quality of the subway system, that is,the perceived service quality evaluation of the subway system, analyze the influence of the individual attributes of the traveler on the evaluation, and determine the priority improvement link in the service quality of the subway system.By summarizing existing studies on the perceived service quality of subway systems,it is found that there is still a lack of in-depth research on how the personal attributes of travelers influence their evaluation of the service quality of the subway system, and what priority should be improved in the quality of subway services.Based on the above background, this paper sets up the Rasch model and entropy weight model for perceived service quality of subway system from the perspective of the subjective evaluation of the traveler, analyzes the influence of the individual attributes of the traveler on the perceived service quality of the subway system,to determine the key improvements of service quality of the subway system.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the past research content and evaluation methods of public transport system satisfaction and perceived service quality, analyzing the applicability of the existing evaluation methods, studying where existing research results need to be improved, and on this basis, the research methods and contents of this paper are presented.Secondly, the basic principle of Rasch model and entropy weight model are expounded, expounding the applicability of the two models in the study of subway system perceived service quality. The concept model of the subway system traffic travel is constructed, expounding the application of the Rasch model in the perception of service quality in the subway system. The Rasch model principle is used to design a questionnaire for the perception of the service quality of the subway system. Before the formal investigation, determine the location and sample size through pre-survey,and then conducted a preliminary analysis of the questionnaire data,it provides a data basis for the research on the modeling of perceived quality of service of subway system.Thirdly, based on the raw data obtained from the survey, the Rasch importance-satisfaction degree difficulty model of subway system perceived service quality and the traditional importance-satisfaction degree model of subway system perceived service quality were established.Comparing the above two models to determine the key improvements of service quality of the subway system. Finally, comparing the above two models to search influence factors of traveler's personal attribute on perceived service quality evaluation of subway system,to explore the relationship between the personal attributes of the traveler with significant difference and the problem item, providing a time series plan for improving the perceived quality of service of subway system for different groups of travelers.
