Currently JJG1030-2007 ultrasonic flowmeter verification regulation is mainly used in pipeline ultrasonic flowmeter calibration.However,the verification of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter is still lack.Therefore,this paper takes " Research and development of portable ultrasonic flowmeter calibration method and device" as title,and researches on the design of portable ultrasonic flowmeter calibration system the type A and type B uncertainty,hardware selection,software implementation,research and develop the portable ultrasonic flowmeter calibration system.The purpose is to improve the flow meter flow detection efficiency and precision,which has important academic value and practical significance.The main works of the paper are as following:(1)Design the portable ultrasonic flowmeter calibration system framework.The system hardware part consists of a power device,voltage regulator,flow control system,standard flow device and the temperature and pressure compensation accessories.And the main part of the software is the PC control system,including controlling chart,parameter setting and the generation of recording frame.The standard table method is adopted,and the frequency conversion pump and pressure regulator tank are used as the voltage stabilizing system.Turbine flowmeter is used as the standard table,and all the different diameter pipes are used as the flow measurement pipeline,and the pneumatic control valve is used as the flow regulation system.What's more,three key technologies are studied,including the software and hardware technology of automatic verification of the system,the method of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter verification and installation,and the optimization of the verification method.(2)Use the type A and type B uncertainty into 7 aspects including the evaluation method of calibration system of temperature transmitter,pressure transmitter,timer,standard flow meter,device control system,device stability and repeatability of uncertainty for analysis and calculation.And get the uncertainty synthesis which is satisfied for the verification system.distribute the synthesis of uncertainty according to the real situation,making the devices' uncertainty are more reasonable.(3)Research and development of the portable ultrasonic flowmeter verification system,complete the design of the hardware platform and the integration of the software platform.The hardware includes water supply system,voltage stabilizing device,standard device,temperature and pressure transmitter,flow regulation system and control system design.The software is programmed by VS.NET to control the program to realize the portable ultrasonic flowmeter automatic,semi-automatic and manual verification process(4)From the test system device,measurement uncertainty,stability and repeatability of the test system,the test results are obtained from the verification system.In two application cases,the error and repeatability of the flowmeter meets the level 1.0 technical requirements of the calibration procedure and has high practical value.
