With the progress of science and technology,human society is developing rapidly,at the same time,the demand for energy is gradually increasing,the current global storage of traditional energy is more and more shortages and excessive use of fossil fuels creates a series of environmental problems such as acid rain,greenhouse effect,smog and so on.After decades of research and development,it will surely become the most promising new energy technology in the world today.It is clean and pollution-free,inexhaustible storage of inexhaustible,solar resources,universal and without geographical restrictions and other advantages and become one of the most studied green energy.Off-grid photovoltaic power generation system to meet the power needs of remote areas.The subject of single-phase off-grid photovoltaic inverter system inverter as the main research object and its research and design,this article is designed based on the STM32F103 series of small power inverter.First of all,this paper uses Simulink simulation tools to build photovoltaic cell model in MATLAB environment and set up a boost circuit model,inverter model,PID control algorithm under the inverter simulation to verify the design can be implemented.Secondly,a brief introduction of the STM32F103c8t6 processor,focusing on the various models of the circuit model and selection basis,the inverter hardware circuit is described in detail,which Part mainly includes control circuit,drive circuit power circuit,sampling circuit and protection circuit.Then,a modular program is written in C language under the keil environment,and the flow chart of software system design and main program,AD sampling,interrupt,SPWM wave generation are given.Finally,after the simulation analysis and the calculation,the inverter is made to verify the experiment.By observing and analyzing the SPWM wave and the output voltage waveforms,it is demonstrated that the inverter design scheme studied in this paper can be implemented.
