With the development of aviation technology,higher and higher requirements for turbine engine performance are put forward,and the turbine inlet temperature increases year by year.In order to ensure the safe and reliable working conditions of blades,the cooling technology of blades becomes more and more important.The widely used film cooling technology has been a bottleneck after decades of research,and it is difficult to achieve a major breakthrough.And because of the uneven surface and temperature distribution,it has a certain adverse effect on its mechanical strength.Besides,the thermal barrier coating technology,which is more efficient in blade cooling technology,has many limitations and shortcomings when used in conjunction with film cooling.In view of the fact that the turbine inlet temperature is increasing year by year and the turbine blade cooling technology is not enough,a method of turbine blade cooling using heat pipe is proposed.The working principle of the heat pipe is studied by numerical simulation,and the possible effect of heat pipe cooling technology is theoretically analyzed.The contents of this article are as follows:(1)The structural model of cooling blade with hot plate technology is built and theoretical analysis is made for its working process.In the Fluent software,a suitable two phase flow model is used to simulate the working process of the simplified two-dimensional heat pipe model and the simplification of the structure of the two-dimensional heat pipe cooling blade.The capillary force and phase change heat transfer process of the inner wick of the heat pipe is simulated accurately,which lays a foundation for the numerical simulation of heat pipe.(2)The working condition of the hot plate is treated as a constant temperature inner wall.Numerical simulation of two-dimensional blade flow path at different inlet temperature and heat pipe working temperature is carried out.The cooling effect of heat pipe on blade is analyzed theoretically.(3)The cooling effect of three typical film holes under flat film cooling is analyzed.The temperature inhomogeneity of the film cooling is analyzed.T The cooling effect and uniformity of the cooling blade under the heat pipe are compared with that of film cooling.It is proved theoretically that the heat pipe technology has obvious technical advantages on the cooling of turbine blades,and it is worth further explored.
