Research and use the typical modern signal processing method of gear trains,object-oriented programming languages and relational databases as tools,a planetary gear system dynamic model with time-varying meshing stiffness is established for the typicality and diversity of planetary gear train fault types.By solving and simulating the fault dynamic model of the planetary gear system,the spectral response characteristics of the system when the planetary gear is broken are obtained by the fault fault analysis,And the degree of failure is represented by the change of parameters.a database of fault feature library and signal processing method of planetary gear train is set up,And a set of software of the health monitoring and fault diagnosis on planetary gear trains is developed.The test software of the designed software was tested using the planetary gearbox fault diagnosis test bench.The comparison between simulation analysis and test signals showed that the model was relatively accurate and the software was available and accurate.The work of this topic mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The existing problems in gear fault signal monitoring in rotating machinery are discussed,and the significance of researching and developing gear fault signal monitoring software is also presented.(2)The signal processing method used in the signal processing of the gear system was studied.The principle and flow chart of the six signal processing methodsinvolved in this paper were studied and analyzed in detail.(3)A planetary gear train dynamics model was established.the dynamic model considers the factors relatively comprehensively,taking into account the factors such as the backlash and the gear pair meshing error.Based on the comprehensive factors,a unique planetary gear system dynamic model based on the vibration theory is established,which makes the analysis of the model.(4)The expression of the time varying meshing stiffness of a gear pair under the fault of a planetary gear break is derived.Based on the simulation analysis of the model,the spectrum response characteristic of the system when the planetary gear is broken is obtained.(5)The software of state monitoring and fault diagnosis of gear system is developed,the dynamic data acquisition and dynamic processing are realized,and the dynamic fault diagnosis is carried out for the processing results,and the solution of the fault is given.(6)The experiment was carried out with the planetary gearbox fault diagnosis test bench laboratory equipment.The results of the model simulation analysis were compared with the software test results to verify the accuracy of the established fault dynamic model and provide a powerful force monitoring and fault diagnosis for the gear train.Theoretical support.
