| With the process of urbanization accelerating,our country is facing the challenges of many environmental issues,such as urban heat island effect and atmospheric pollution issue.During urban planning and designing,it’s an in important frontier scientific problem to cooperate climate issue with the design and control of urban spatial and block form to improve urban micro-climate environment and achieve the purpose of low-carbon,ecological and energy saving.Based on the urban micro-climate and wind environment problems mentioned above,it’s very essential to investigate an design methods of mountainous block form which can coordinated with the wind environment,which is a great significance to the sustainable development of urban spatial layout.Therefore,my research will delve into the core planning technologies of mountainous block form to conduct urban planning and design.Firstly,my study will analyze and compare the methods and strategies of traditional urban block form planning and design and urban wind environment design,in order to reveal the similarities and contradictions in the process of the two,and coordinate these contradictions to investigate an design methods of mountainous block form.It is proposed that the planning and design of the shape of mountainous districts that are coordinated with the wind environment should be divided into three stages: "preliminary analysis","planning design" and "evaluation and optimization".At each stage of these three major stages,the traditional urban planning and design methods should be synergistic with urban wind environment design methods.Firstly,my study will analyze and contrast the methods and strategies of traditional urban planning and design and the methods and strategies of urban wind environment design,revealing the similarities and contradictions in the process of the two.Then coordinate the contradiction between the design of wind environment and the shape design of mountain blocks,and get the shape planning and design method of mountain blocks coordinated with the wind environment: propose that the shape planning and design of mountain blocks coordinated with the wind environment be divided into “pre-analysis” and “planning design” In the three stages of “evaluation and optimization”,the traditional urban planning and design methods are coordinated with the urban wind environment design method at each of these three major phases.Then,my study focuses on the research of the synergy mechanism between the three phases of wind environment and the traditional urban planning and design.In the “pre-analysis” stage,the basic data and the wind and climate data of the planning area are analyzed and evaluated separately.Problems are identified and the tasks and objectives of the urban planning are formulated.In the “planning and design” phase,tasks based on “preliminary analysis” are formulated and evaluated.The goal is to plan and design the shape of the street block,and mainly to coordinate planning from three levels: 1.The overall layout of the block and the city-level ventilation corridors.2.The planning of the block size and the ventilation corridors at the district level.The internal weaving of blocks in the neighborhood is coordinated with the internal ventilation of the neighborhood;in the “evaluation and optimization” phase,the preliminary plan of the “Planning and Design” phase is simulated and verified and the plan is optimized.Finally,The method of morphological planning and design of mountainous districts coordinated with the wind environment will be taken as an example in the Zunyi Airport New City,and application and empirical research will be conducted.From the above-mentioned planning and design methods,specific practical explorations will be conducted on the shape design of mountainous districts.Finally,based on the collaborative planning design method and empirical research,this paper proposes the strategy of morphological planning and design for mountainous districts in coordination with the wind environment.This research thinks: First,the research framework and method of shape planning and design for mountainous districts that coordinate with the wind environment can better guide the planning and design of the shape of urban blocks and form the shape of blocks with good wind environment.Second,under the current technical conditions,the selection of CFD phoenics software as a means of wind environment simulation is feasible and appropriate in the planning practice.3.According to the empirical study of Airport New City in Zunyi,the shape planning of the urban block form coordinated with the wind environment has taken into consideration the wind environment in the three stages of pre-analysis,planning and design,and evaluation and optimization,and has achieved the goal of optimizing the urban street area shape planning method.. |
