Abstract/Summary:
People often use sunlight or natural wind to dry wet clothes.At present,under the background that there are many disadvantages when drying clothes indoors and bad weather,This article introduce three domestic clothes dryers.In order to respond to the basic national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction,compare the advantages and disadvantages of gas clothes dryers,heat pump clothes dryers and electric clothes dryers,and propose a drying model for gas clothes dryers,in order to optimize the drying parameters and provide theoretical basis for the design of gas clothes dryers.The experimental method was used to study changing rule of dehumidification velocity and energy efficiency of gas clothes dryer、heat pump clothes dryer and electric clothes dryer with the variation of bone-dry mass of load,and difference of dehumidification velocity and energy efficiency of the three in the same bone-dry mass of load.Studying changing rule of dehumidification velocity and energy efficiency of the three with the variation of temperature and difference of dehumidification velocity and energy efficiency of the three in the same temperature.Five performance evaluation indexes dehumidification velocityνMER,specific dehydration power consumption ESMER,dehumidification of specific thermal energy consumption mSPC,energy efficiencyηt,Primary energy efficiencyη1 were used to evaluate the performance of dryers.At the same time,based on the heat and mass exchange principle to analyze the drying process of gas clothes dryer.The mathematical models of combustion of natural gas in the combustion chamber,mixing of air and fumes in the hot air duct,and drying of the load in the drying drum were respectively established,and use MATLAB to program for the drying process.Designing verification test,using the changing rule of the temperature in drying drum outlet and load moisture content over time,comparing the results obtained from processing the test data with the results from the simulation calculations,we verified whether the proposed drying model is effective based on the consistency of the two.Finally,based on an effective drying model,the effects of nature gas flow,bone-dry mass of load,ambient temperature,ambient humidity,load type,water removal rate of load on performance of the dryer are studied.Research indicates:(1)Under the same bone-dry mass of load,gas clothes dryer has the biggest dehumidification velocity and the heat pump clothes dryer is the minimum.The primary energy efficiency of the heat pump clothes dryer is much higher than that of gas clothes dryers and electric clothes dryers.It can be seen that when the bone-dry mass of load is the same,the energy-saving effect of the heat pump clothes dryer is best,and the dehumidification velocity of the gas clothes dryer is the most dominant.(2)The dehumidification velocity and energy efficiency of gas clothes dryers,electric clothes dryers and heat pump clothes dryers increase with the increase of ambient temperature.The ambient temperature has the greatest impact on heat pump clothes dryers.Heat pump clothes dryers are not suitable for winter.Low temperatures severely limit the performance of heat pump clothes dryers.(3)Drying models for gas clothes dryers have been validated.(4)The main factors influencing the drying time of gas clothes dryers are the gas flow and the bone-dry mass of load.The main factors influencing specific dehydration power consumption of gas clothes dryers are the ambient temperature and relative humidity;the dehumidification velocity of nylon load is the largest,and specific dehydration power consumption is the smallest.The lower the water removal rate of load,the higher the dehumidification velocity and the energy efficiency.Under the premise of ensuring the drying requirements,reducing the running time of the falling speed drying phase can increase the dehumidification velocity and energy efficiency.
