At present,monolithic solid rocket-ramjet has become the preferred power plant for new air launched missiles.The performance of the ramjet is superior,but limited by the low speed flight conditions,the rocket propelled aircraft is generally propelled by the rocket,so the booster and ramjet need to be converted to work.The closure of intake port is one of the key components in the process of conversion.Foreign studies have been conducted in depth,and domestic is still in its infancy.Aiming at the existing problems of blocking materials,a toughened glass fragile plug is designed.ANSYS/AUTODYNA software is used to carry out Blasting simulation for two dimensional simplified model of blockage.A toughened glass material with high strength and self destruction and fragile properties is proposed.The feasibility test of pressure bearing is completed,and the maximum tensile stress threshold of blocking material is defined through finite element calculation and material strength theory.The detailed design of the cover and its components completed the ground pressure test and the ground blasting test.The results show that the plug meets the requirements,and the power of the cap and the size of the ejecta are much better than the index.Therefore,the design scheme can be verified and tested in the next step,and will provide reference for the application of the fragile plug.Numerical simulation can reproduce the microscopic process and the dynamic response of cap failure.It can make up for the shortage of experimental measurement technology and save experimental cost.The failure process of the toughened glass plugging is extremely complicated.Therefore,the plugging cap is simplified as a two-dimensional model in the direction of thickness,and its failure process is assumed to be three stages.The first stage of the unreleased prestress of the cap is made,and the dynamic response of the cover failure under the action of three kinds of micro detonating cables is numerically simulated by the fluid solid coupling method.The reference is provided.
