| The PV module installed in complex outdoor environment,the surface of the photovoltaic module is prone to accumulate large amounts of dust.And with a small amount of natural rainfall is difficult to remove stubborn stains.The result is that the surface of PV modules is not evenly heated,and the shielding effect forms a hot spot,which leads to a lot of problems such as the short life of photovoltaic modules and the decrease of power generation efficiency.Inspired by lotus leaf effect preparation for PV components of super hydrophobic membrane is a hot spot in recent studies,this article mainly through laboratory environment preparation to get two super hydrophobic fluorine and silicon thin films.Conducting a study about the influence of sample light transmittance on super hydrophobic film,and the study of improved photovoltaic modules by grey characteristics.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In the laboratory environment,we studied the methods of preparing super hydrophobic thin films by chemical polymer mechanism.They are silicon and fluorine super hydrophobic films.And we choose 130 mm*130 mm glass samples for special packaging glass of PV modules.In the absence of other interference items such as temperature,humidity,dust and so on,under the laboratory environment,silicon and fluorine super hydrophobic films were coated on glass samples by spraying method,and several groups of glass samples were made.(2)Several groups of glass samples coated with super hydrophobic films were measured by spectrophotometer and other instruments.The difference between transmittance of samples and the hydrophobicity of prepared super hydrophobic films were also measured.(3)In the experiment,this paper selects 25 typical m clay particles as simulated dust dust source,the super hydrophobic film in different coating conditions,ash rate characteristics of cement coating gel process cement coating characteristics,and the transmittance influence experimental study.(4)The effects of silicon,fluorine and super hydrophobic materials on photovoltaic properties to improve the output of PV modules,focusing on the dust condensation process through simulation and above,coated with a photovoltaic component of super hydrophobic film,influence of cement coating on the rate of the output power and I-V characteristic curve.After the experiments mentioned above,the following conclusions are obtained.(1)When the super hydrophobic films are coated with super hydrophobic films,the power generation efficiency is much higher than that of the substrate without external interference.The short-circuit current of PV modules coated with super hydrophobic films remains basically unchanged,and the open circuit voltage increases slightly.(2)When after the simulation environment,the spectral characteristics from the angle can be found:the substrate transmittance decreases with the increased rate of light grayish,fluorine super hydrophobic material sample rate did not change,the silicon samples of cement coating rate is 17.5?0.1%mg/cm~2 light than a cement coating rate of5.5?0.1%mg/cm~2 the high rate of.(3)From the point of view of photovoltaic characteristics,it is found that with the increase of ash coverage rate,the maximum output power efficiency of the substrate without coating is decreased most,and the maximum output efficiency of PV modules coated with silicon and fluorine super thin films is less,and fluorine is the least. |
