High-quality construction vehicles require good smoothness and handling stability.Engineering vehicle often travel and work in non-road conditions and other harsh environments.Therefore,how to meet its high quality requirements to adapt to a complex and changeable working environment is an important issue.The suspension system determines the smoothness,handling stability and body stability of construction vehicles.The guide mechanism is an important part of the suspension system.It plays a role of guiding and transmitting force and relates to the displacement characteristics of the wheels.The guide mechanism guarantees reliable transmission of forces and moments.Hydro-pneumatic suspension meets high-quality engineering vehicle requirements.The research object of this paper is five-link non-independent suspension guiding mechanism.It is a typical hydro-pneumatic suspension guide mechanism for construction vehicles.The type of the hydro-pneumatic suspension guide mechanism of construction vehicles first was compared and analyzed in this paper.Then according to the motion characteristics of the suspension,study the influence of the guide mechanism on the vehicle performance with mechanism kinematics,geometry and mechanics.The relationship between the arrangement of the guide mechanism and ride,handling stability and body stability was calculated and analyzed.According to the above,the longitudinal arrangement of the guide mechanism was optimized and studied.By analyzing the relationship between the longitudinal guide mechanism and the wheel alignment parameters,a longitudinal tilt optimization model was established.By using matlab a reasonable longitudinal layout was got.At the same time,the relationship between the lateral arrangement of the guide mechanism and the steering characteristics was studied.Through the analysis and calculation of the roll of the steering system and the deviation of the roll of the elastic wheel,the rational type of a reasonable the layout of the transverse guide mechanism is proposed.The five-link non-independent hydro-pneumatic suspension guide mechanism was studied in this paper,it can provide theoretical basis and design method for the research and development of high-quality construction vehicles in china,and provide reference for the research and development of suspension guide mechanism for similar construction vehicles...
