The Application Of Manufacturing Execution System In Post-construction Of Shipyard

In the post-operation phase,the shells are coated with three-dimensional crossover operations,which require a large amount of work,thousands of operators,and numerous equipment and resources used.The domestic shipping companies adopt extensive operation management and cannot effectively organize operations and control the quality of shipbuilding.Then the construction progress will affect the delivery of the ship.Based on the research on the operation of the shipyard,this paper decomposes the post-operation task,prepares the post-operation task package and task items,and establishes a site-specific management system that distributes,executes,feedbacks,and adjusts the task package and task items.Lean shipbuilding theory and MES theory is used to establish the post operation manufacturing execution management system to solve the problems of post operation and management.The main research work and research results are as follows:(1)After researching the construction process of the shipyard stage,including dock,wharf,trial and delivery stage,the characteristics of the tube installation,machine assembly,electrical installation and management department were analyzed,and the problems of shipyard operation and management were summarized.(2)According to lean shipbuilding theory,applying engineering decomposition method,the paper studies the post operation task decomposition according to the four characteristics of stage,region,type and system,and establishes the decomposition principle.Based on the task decomposition,according to the operation requirements of administrative departments,design work packages and task of outfitting(tube,turbine,electical,outfitings),painting,and auxiliary.(3)In the post operation,task items management operations are implemented.The distribution of task items,the implementation of task items,feedback of job information,as well as the refined management system of job adjustment are established.(4)The functional modules of the post-production operation execution management system are designed,which mainly include basic management function modules,manufacturing execution function modules,and material equipment management modules.At present,the post operation manufacturing execution management system has been implemented in shipyards,reducing the cost of labor and the production hours,improving the completion rate of the plan and the passing rate of the first inspection.
