Since twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of economy,the demand for steel is more and more big,this will stimulate the continuous upgrading of welding equipment,welding equipment due to heavy volume,the traditional low efficiency and will produce more splash phenomenon of burr and gradually be eliminated,efficient,modular,intelligent welding equipment has been widely used in the current industrial production,welding equipment,so the inverter as the core technology is the development trend in the future.At the same time,with the acceleration of social development,people's demand for new energy is also increasing,among which the greatest demand is that of the residents.At present,the mainstream new energy generation includes wind power,hydraulic power,and tidal power.Compared with these methods,grid-connected photovoltaic generation has great advantages.The most important problem to solve is the problem of inverter and how to avoid the islanding effect and how to connect to the home grid.This is also one of the main research directions in inverter research.This research is an optimized BP network algorithm.Compared with the traditional inverter,the inverter has more research value.It can better control the output of inverter and maximize the work efficiency.Its high efficiency and high power(miniaturization)is one of the main goals of the international arc welding inverter power supply.The traditional inverter due to the linear PID control,the control precision is relatively weak,in order to solve this problem very well,with BP network algorithm in the research of new inverter,through training and learning of the network to reduce the error to a minimum.For the core part of the inverter,the power full bridge is used,and the output of the diagonal power pipe IGBT is switched on and off.In addition,the DSP chip with powerful digital signal processing capability is used to collect and process the signal,which makes the output of the system more stable and fast.Finally,through the simulation and debugging results of modeling,we can see that the output value of the whole system is forced to look at the value of the near future,and basically meet the design requirements proposed by the subject.
