In recent years,the development of wind power has gradually shifted from land to sea due to the less and less land available for the development of wind farms.The development speed of offshore wind farm is higher than that of land based wind power,and offshore wind farm now is the driving force for the growth of wind power industry.However,the problem of offshore wind power operation and maintenance is gradually emerging.Especially,China domestic offshore wind farms are mainly concentrated in the intertidal zone.The intertidal zone is a sea when it is rising tide,and it is land when the tide is ebb.So the operation and maintenance of intertidal wind power involves two different conditions: on sea and on land.At present,there is no operation and maintenance vehicle that satisfies both two conditions simultaneously.Referring to the "Specification for entry and construction of high-speed ships"(2015),the structure of a 9.7m amphibious wind power operation and maintenance trimaran is designed based on its profile and general layout.Based on the standard of entry and construction of marine high speed ship(2015),and its line map and general layout,the structure design,load calculation and prediction and checking of the marine working condition of a 9.7M amphibious trimaran are carried out.Finally,according to related literature,the land-based working conditions of the amphibious trimaran was checked.The main hull is designed according to the high-speed ship,while the side hull combines the characteristics of the truck frame structure and catamaran structure.The different kinds of connection bridge are designed:the scheme one is the slab connection bridge,the scheme two is the girder connection bridge.After calculating the size of the structure,the basic structure diagram and the typical cross section map are set up.The load and its long-term prediction are calculated using water power software WALCS;then using the finite element software MSC.Patran to establish the finite element model;combined with the structural characteristics and the related standards 6 kinds of sea conditions are set up,3 kinds of land conditions are set up based with truck structure features and related literature,a total of 9 kinds of conditions;MSC.Nastran did the calculation,according to the results of the two scheme,the scheme two is finally chose as the original scheme,and structure optimization is carried out for scheme two to reduce its structure weight.
