Marine safety has been a relatively weak link in China's national defense construction.The marine missile recharge is one of the important guarantees to ensure the marine safety of our navy,and the marine missile supply is difficult due to the effects of sea wind,wave and flow,and it may even cause the ship to destroy the dead.In this paper,the time delay problem of the control system is analyzed.A time optimal control algorithm is studied.A time optimal active wave compensation ship and a missile recharge control system are proposed.The simulation analysis of the control system is carried out with MATLAB and AMESIM.The experiment validates the Bang-Bang-PDF energy of the design.It can meet the requirements of smooth lifting and steady release of missiles,and has certain engineering practical value.In this paper,the research status,significance and practical value of active wave compensation,time delay and time optimal control are introduced at home and abroad.The advantages of active wave compensation in marine missile recharge are analyzed,and the theoretical research of the fast response research and time optimal control of the control system is explained.Significance and practical value,the main contents and related research plan of this paper are given.Then,the system design of active wave compensation,the design of the hydraulic control system and the selection of important control components are carried out in this paper,and the most popular and key periodic prediction problems in the current active wave compensation technology are also briefly introduced.After the construction of the basic model,the paper begins to study the time delay control algorithm,analyzes the causes and main forms of the delay problem,analyzes the PDF control algorithm which has been used more PID control and its derivative,and proposes an improved method of PDF on this basis.The simulation model of active wave compensation control system based on these control methods is established through MATLAB/Simulink software.The comparison and analysis shows the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and can meet the requirements of the control system designed in this paper.Besides,the time optimal control system is also studied in this paper.In this part,the paper introduces the related problems of time optimal control,analyzes the Bang-Bang control method which uses more time optimal control methods and the shortcomings of this method,and proposes a method of Bang-Bang-PDF control combining Bang-Bang control and PDF control on this basis,and carries out the AMESIM/Simulink based method.Joint simulation of control system.The feasibility and reliability of the Bang-Bang-PDF control system designed in this paper is verified by CO simulation.At the end of this paper,in order to verify the actual usability of the design control method,we set up a simple experimental device based on motor speed control.The experimental results show that the Bang-Bang-PDF control method based on the time optimal design in this paper has not only improved the response speed of the active wave compensation system,but also has a strong system stability.It has great practical application value.
