Our power system scale is continually expanding,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of power supply of power equipment and power system analysis,detection and status of the power transformer system is becoming more and more attention by researchers.Once the power transformer system fails,it will take a long time to repair,resulting in a very large impact.Therefore,it is necessary to detect and analyze the operation status of power transformer in real time,and ensure the real-time and high efficiency of maintenance analysis strategy.At present,the research of fault diagnosis and fault prediction based on the research on the key technology of transformer,transformer life cycle cost of maintenance is relatively small,therefore,this paper aims to deeply study the power transformer fault diagnosis and condition assessment theory,combined with the transformer of the life cycle cost and operation risk,making system for power transformer maintenance returned corresponding the strategy,and committed to the implementation of the system of.The method of fault diagnosis for power transformer is established,and the fault diagnosis of power transformer is carried out based on the idea of classification.The current mainstream classification algorithm,support vector machine has great advantages,can achieve more accurate classification results,therefore,the support vector machine to the traditional theory of nonlinear and multi classification model transformation,so that it can accept power transformer training data set by the characteristics of imperialist competitive algorithm optimization the data set,and ultimately determine the classification result,construct the kernel function of support vector machine algorithm in the imperialist competitive algorithm of the objective function,the two fitted together,then the optimization algorithm for global optimization,confirmed by experiment data,this paper established the soluble gas oil as features,based on support vector machine imperialist competitive algorithm optimization theory has good classification effect and can accurately complete the fault diagnosis of power transformer.The evaluation method of operation condition of oil immersed power transformer is studied,and the evaluation model of power transformer insulation operation state based on cloud model is put forward.By using the established model,the quantitative test index of power transformer insulation condition analysis,fault diagnosis measures which can be combined with power transformer,power transformer insulation life assessment for ready.The calculation of power transformer insulation paper average polymerization degree and average power transformer hot spot temperature above,according to the combined effects of time,temperature and moisture effect,deduces the power transformer life assessment model,based on the evaluation model,combined with the operation condition and fault diagnosis of power transformer,to the corresponding maintenance strategy calls.
