Energy shortages and environmental pollution have become an important problem facing society today.Replacing fuel vehicles with electric vehicles can protect the environment while reducing energy consumption.Therefore the development of electric vehicles received more and more attention.In the research and development of electric vehicles,the use of computer simulation methods to establish a complete vehicle model of electric vehicles,simulation of the performance of electric vehicles,can greatly shorten the development cycle of electric vehicles,saving research and development costs.Compared with fuel vehicles,the lack of driving range for electric vehicles has hampered the development of electric vehicles.As a kind of electric vehicle,the electric sanitation vehicle also has the problem of insufficient power compared with ordinary sanitation vehicles.The main disadvantages are: poor climbing ability,and slow vehicle speed.The dynamic performance of the electric sanitation vehicle can be effectively improved,by properly matching the components of the electric sanitation vehicle,.Therefore,match each component of the electric vehicle reasonably,becomes the key to improving the dynamic performance of the electric sanitation vehicle.In this paper,an electric sanitation vehicle is used as the research object to carry on the dynamic simulation.The mathematical model of the electric sanitation vehicle is set up according to the principle of the electric sanitation vehicle and the force situation in the level and the climbing working conditions.The driving system model of electric sanitation vehicle is built in the Matlab/Simulink simulation software based on the mathematical model established.The model of electric sanitation vehicle is divided into five modules,such as driver model,motor model,load model,transmission model and motion model respectively.Under the conditions of full load and empty load,the dynamic performance of the electric sanitation vehicle is simulated to obtain the maximum dynamic speed,maximum gradient,torque and power of the electric sanitation vehicle under different load and working conditions.According to the dynamic requirements of the electric sanitation vehicle,The matching of motor and transmission ratio of the electric sanitation vehicle is optimized and the optimization plan is put forward.The parameters of the dynamic model of the electric sanitation vehicle are modified,the dynamic model of the optimized electricsanitation vehicle is established,and the optimized model is simulated again to get the dynamic performance after the optimization of the electric sanitation vehicle.When it is fully loaded,the maximum speed and maximum grade of the electric sanitation vehicle are17.5km/h and 0.18 before optimization,and 24.7km/h and 0.32 after optimization,which increased by 7.2km/h and 0.14 respectively.When it is emptily load,the maximum speed and maximum climbing grade of the electric sanitation vehicle were 24.5km/h and 0.41 before optimization.After optimization,they were 32.7km/h and 0.88,which increased8.2km/h and 0.47 respectively.The dynamic simulation and optimization of the electric sanitation vehicle verify the rationality and validity of the optimization scheme,which provides a certain theoretical basis and reference value for the improvement of the power of the electric sanitation vehicle.
