In recent years,with the change of the world's energy situation and the rapid popularization of smart grid,the power industry has entered the era of demand side management.In the ordinary household users,the introduction of power storage technology will effectively reduce the negative load peak valley difference,reduce the cost of electricity consumption,and achieve the efficient management of demand side energy.This paper analyzes the household electricity load time series model and the development trend of domestic and foreign electricity price mechanism.Combine various kinds of electricity price mechanism,responding to demand side response and improving efficiency of distribution network,some related problems such as postponing and expanding investment in distribution network,several load optimization strategies based on energy storage system to reduce electricity consumption are proposed.Based on family time series load characteristics,combination of different electricity price policies,analysis of charging and discharging strategies for energy storage equipment in different time periods;Consider the time value of funds,in the whole life cycle of the equipment,the capacity allocation of the converter and storage battery and the maximum household electricity consumption are the variables to be optimized,economic evaluation model for establishing maximum energy storage arbitrage income as objective function,solving the model by particle swarm optimization.On the basis of the two part time sharing tariff mechanism,further consideration is given to increase the reactive power output of the converter,the power factor of home electric power is improved,reducing the demand for electricity price and system network loss,make the energy storage system more profitable,the effectiveness of the strategy has also been fully verified.This optimization strategy is expected to save household power expenses by adjusting the active power of utility powers of user power grids(flat load demand curve)and charging and discharging power of smart converters.This optimization strategy can also save energy,secure power use and reduce the whole power generation and transmission cost.
